How to clean your contact lenses: 

• wash and dry your hands 
• place your lenses on your palm and gently rub them with your other index finger 
• rinse them with contact lens cleaning solution 
• rinse your case with contact lens cleaning solution 
• make sure you do not tear your lenses while rubbing them 
• keep your Luminous contact lenses in solution overnight
