Terms and Conditions

1- The orders should be delivered by the sellers within 7 days after the customer placed the order. 

2- The sellers are responsible for the content and products provided for selling on Shanelz.

3- The orders should be delivered by the sellers within 10 days after the customer placed the order.

4- the order will be shipped to the customer's address by the vendor 

5- the vendors are responsible for fulfilling the orders items and delivered on time within 10 days of placing an order by the customer.

6- The customer can not open the order before receiving it officially, unless there is a note by the seller confirming the opposite. If there is a problem they shall contact Shanelz for support immediately. Shanelz should response within 36 hours.
