• Clean them after every wear 
• Use the "rub and rinse" method 
• Put your lenses on your palm and rub your lenses gently with your finger 
• Rinse them with new contact lens cleaning solution 
• Make sure you gently rub your lenses so that you do not scratch them 
• Soak your lenses in saline overnight after cleaning them
• Rinse your contact lens case with NEW contact lens cleaning solution. Empty out the old solution before you do this.
